Quality Management System of the JSC "Arkhangelsk Pulp & Paper Mill" (ISO 9000)

In August, 2000 the Board of Directors took the decision to implement the
Quality Management System
(QMS) on the basis of ISO 9001: 2000, which became the first step in
the creation of the integrated management system at the mill.
All-Russian Scientific-
Research Institute for Certification (VNIIS, Moscow) (the department of
development and implementation of quality systems, the Head of the
Department - PhD V.I. Galeev) was our main consultant during the
preparation for the certification.
In May, 2003 the experts of the Certification Body for the quality
systems - the Testing and Certification Center "Test - Saint-Petersburg"
performed the certification audit, which resulted in the certificates of
the correspondence of QMS, created at the JSC "Arkhangelsk Pulp & Paper
Mill" to the international standard ISO series 9001.
- National GOST R Certificate ( ¹ ROSS RU.IS09.Ê00156);
- International Ñertificate of IQNet,
admitted in more than 35 countries of the world ( ¹ RU-00156).

Quality Policy of the JSC "Arkhangelsk Pulp & Paper Mill" is functioning at
the mill, the experts of the mill hold internal audits, the top-management
of the mill regularly analyzes the quality system, striving to perform it.
