<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 0cm; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto"><SPAN lang=EN-US style="mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-US">As Galina Lisovtseva Head of Quality Management Department of APPM reported social accountability is a new standard for the Company. In essence, social accountability means managing business activities in a manner that respects and promotes the basic human rights of all workers. In other words the standard contains incentives for the Company's social (ethic) accountability for the employee. The specialists call it standards of business morality. <o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 0cm; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto"><SPAN lang=EN-US style="mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-US">At present APPM has already successfully introduced and uses ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;</SPAN>OHSAS 18001.&nbsp; <o:p></o:p></SPAN>
