In 2006 Arkhangelsk PPM spent 133 701 thsd. rub. on social programs.

68 216 thsd. rub was directed to pay social benefits and guarantees presupposed by the Collective Agreement. Financing of social and cultural objects such as the sports club, swimming pool, Palace of Culture, health centre «Pearl of the North»,  children.s  holiday camps amounted to 40 mln. rub. The material aid to the non-working retirees made up to 4,6 mln.rub. More than 2 mln. rub. was spent on organization of summer holidays for children, 2,5 mln. rub. - on carrying out of sports events and leasing of sports club  for the Company's employees.
