On April, 18 the Annual Shareholders' meeting of OJSC Arkhangelsk PPM took place in Novodvinsk, <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 /><st1:City w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Arkhangelsk</st1:place></st1:City> region. The&nbsp;shareholders discussed all issued of the agenda. 
<P></P>
<P>By results of 2006 the shareholders took the decision to distribute dividends in the sum of RUR 500 per share. </P>
<P>The shareholders elected the new Board of Directors. "Pulp Mill Holding Gmb" nominated&nbsp; &nbsp;Heinz Zinner, Dieter Wehowski, Wrold Emil Wroldsen, Vladimir Beloglazov, Timur Sokolov for election to the Board of Directors. The Company .Freelink Enterprises Limited. proposed Nikolay Zaitsev, the Head of the project .Base Element. and Andrew Voloshin, General Director of the "TIC Continental Management", Ltd. &nbsp;for membership on the Board of Directors instead of&nbsp; Nikolay Makarov the Chairman of the Board&nbsp; of the "TIC Continental Management", Ltd. &nbsp;and Yuriy &nbsp;Tyamushkin&nbsp; Deputy Director of the Investment Department of the "Base Element" company. Heinz Zinner was elected the Chairman of the Board of the OJSC "APPM".
