On April 7, 2009 the Board of Directors of OJSC &laquo;Arkhangelsk PPM&raquo; recommended not to distribute dividends by results of 2008, but to use profit in the amount of RUR 371 141 thsd. for the Company's circulating assets replenishment.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The members of the Board preliminary approved the financial statements of OJSC &laquo;Arkhangelsk PPM&raquo; for 2008, took into consideration the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statements of the Company for 2008. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The Board of Directors approved the plan of activity of OJSC &laquo;Arkhangelsk PPM&raquo; for the 2<SUP>nd</SUP> quarter of 2009 and favored the cost cutting arrangements fulfilled by the Company's management.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <BR><BR>
