The Board of Directors of APPM recommended not to distribute dividends by results of 2008

On April 7, 2009 the Board of Directors of OJSC «Arkhangelsk PPM» recommended not to distribute dividends by results of 2008, but to use profit in the amount of RUR 371 141 thsd. for the Company's circulating assets replenishment.
     The members of the Board preliminary approved the financial statements of OJSC «Arkhangelsk PPM» for 2008, took into consideration the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statements of the Company for 2008.              
       The Board of Directors approved the plan of activity of OJSC «Arkhangelsk PPM» for the 2^nd quarter of 2009 and favored the cost cutting arrangements fulfilled by the Company's management.
