APPM will receive 113 thsd. cub. m. of timber in rafts by Northern Dvina
15 april 2009

In the beginning of May the first rafts with timber will be received at the timber roadstead of Arkhangelsk PPM.

As the Head of the Wood Yard reports, during the forthcoming navigation the mill plans to receive 113 cub. m. of softwood timber in rafts by Northern Dvina. The mill has refused from supplies of hardwood timber in rafts this year. The experience of the previous years demonstrated that the hardwood timber was of poor quality and unprofitable at transportation.

In 2008 APPM received the same amount of timber in rafts.
