Annual shareholders' meeting of OJSC "Arkhangelsk PPM" will take place on June 8, 2009. &nbsp;The Board of Directors took this decision at the meeting held on April, 22. Annual shareholders' meeting will contain the items of standard agenda. In particular, the shareholders plan to approve the annual financial statements and accounting for 2008, to distribute profit for the previous financial year and to elect new members to the Board of Directors.
