On June 8 2009, the annual shareholders. meeting of OJSC "Arkhangelsk PPM" was held. All issues of the agenda were carefully studied including the Annual Report and Annual Accounts for 2008.

The dividends for 2008 will not be distirbuted by the shareholders' decision. The Company's profit will be spent on replenishment of the mill's current assets.

The Board of Directors was elected during the meeting. The structure of he Board has slightly changed: Dr. Heinz Zinner «Pulp Mill Holding Gmb»,Dieter Wehowski, Wrold Emil Wroldsen, Timur Sokolov, Valery Kudryavtsev, Nikolay Zaitsev from .Basic Element., Elena Netsvetaeva - the member of the Board at Troitsk Paper Factory who was nominated  by the "Freelink Enterprises Limited" company. 

Heinz Zinner was elected the Chairman of the Board of OJSC "Arkhangelsk PPM".
