On June 8 2009, the annual shareholders. meeting of OJSC "Arkhangelsk PPM" was held. All issues of the agenda were carefully studied including the Annual Report and Annual Accounts for 2008.
<P></P>
<P>The dividends for 2008 will not be distirbuted by the shareholders' decision. The Company's profit will be spent on replenishment of the mill's current assets.</P>
<P>The Board of Directors was elected during the meeting. The structure of he Board has slightly changed: Dr. Heinz Zinner &laquo;Pulp Mill Holding Gmb&raquo;,Dieter Wehowski, Wrold Emil Wroldsen, Timur Sokolov, Valery Kudryavtsev, Nikolay Zaitsev from .Basic Element., Elena Netsvetaeva&nbsp;-&nbsp;the member of the Board at Troitsk Paper Factory who was nominated&nbsp; by the "Freelink Enterprises Limited" company.&nbsp; </P>
<P>Heinz Zinner was elected the Chairman of the Board of OJSC "Arkhangelsk PPM". </P>
