<big><b>OJSC Arkhangelsk PPM will distribute 575 rub per share as dividends</b></big><br>

OJSC &laquo;Arkhangelsk PPM&raquo; will distribute 575 rub per share as dividends at the expense of profit of the previous years. &nbsp;The decision was taken on 25 July <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 /><st1:metricconverter w:st="on" ProductID="2010 in">2010 in</st1:metricconverter> the Annual general shareholders' meeting of the entity.&nbsp; 
<P></P>
<P>The dividends for 2009 will not be paid, as the profit will be spent to replenish circulating capital of the enterprise .</P>
<P>The shareholders' meeting approved the annual report and the financial statements for 2009,elected the Board. The structure of the Board actually has not changed: from &laquo;Pulp Mill Holding GmbH&raquo; - Dr. Heinz Zinner, &nbsp;Dieter Wehowski, World Emil Wroldsen, Timur Sokolov, Valeriy Kudryavtsev and from Freelink Enterprises Limited &nbsp;- Nikolay Zaitsev and Elena Nesvetaeva.</P>
<P>Dr. Heinz Zinner was elected as the Chairman of the Board&nbsp; of OJSC &laquo;Arkhangelsk PPM&raquo;. </P>
<P>The shareholders' meeting approved the structure of the Auditing commission and the Audotir&nbsp; - CJSC &laquo;BDO&raquo;.</P>
