Arkhangelsk PPM — the best Russian exporter 2011
Due to the annual all-Russian competition Best Russian exporter 2011, organized by Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Arkhangelsk PPM, JSC won in nomination The most dynamically developing pulp&paper exporter in Russia. A great ceremony took place on July 5th, 2012 in Moscow’s Cultural Centre of the Main Administration of RF Foreign Ministry.
The main export types of APPM’s production are still pulp (51,2 % of export income volume) and board, including corrugating paper (36,7 %). Sales of other product types (paper, containerboards and fiberboard) amounts to nearly 12,1 % export income volume.
Geography of export deliveries in 2011 covers 57 countries (2010 year — 51 country, 2009 year — in 57 countries). At that 62% of APPM’s export income is shared between 5 countries: Ukraine, Byelorussia, Poland, Germany and Kazakhstan. Export orientation mainly on CIS countries, Eastern and Western Europe is traditional for APPM and conditioned by geographic proximity.
